Know Thyself is designed to keep your reflections private.

If you use the app without creating an account:

Your journal entries, reflections, values, goals, and exercises remain stored locally on your device.

They are not automatically transmitted to LymphAngels LLC or uploaded to cloud storage.

If you choose to create an account:

You may sign in using Apple Sign In or another supported login method.

When signed in, certain information you create within the app may be securely synchronized to your private account so you can access it across multiple devices.

This may include:

Journal entries
Daily reflections
Guided exercises
Pattern Interrupt exercises
Favorite quotes
Other self-reflection content you choose to create

Your account information is used only to provide synchronization and access to your own data.

How We Use Information

Information is used only to:

operate the app
synchronize your content across your devices (if you choose to create an account)
improve app features
communicate important updates

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not use your journal entries for advertising.

Artificial Intelligence

Some features organize, summarize, or reflect on information you choose to provide.

Know Thyself does not use artificial intelligence to diagnose, counsel, or advise you.

The app is designed to reflect your own words and patterns back to you through guided self-examination.

You remain responsible for your own decisions, interpretations, and actions.

Your Data

You remain in control of your information.

You may:

edit your reflections
export your data
delete entries
use the app without creating an account

If you choose to synchronize your data by creating an account, you may also close your account at any time.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect account information and synchronized data.

However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children

Know Thyself is intended for users 9 years of age and older.

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should use the app with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.

Third-Party Services

Know Thyself currently uses services provided by:

Apple (including Apple Sign In and App Store subscriptions)
Supabase (optional account synchronization)
